A current research aims to knowing effect of using sequential, random and traditional methods in teaching some basic handball skills to middle school students. To know best methods in learning skills. A researcher used experimental method and experimental design style, where experimental and control groups are equivalent in all factors that may affect a dependent variable, with exception of one factor, which is exposure to independent variable. A total sample size was (72) middle school students. A results of tests showed that first experimental group, represented by sequential method, was best in terms of significant differences. A researcher attributes this to fact that this type of training seems understandable. What happens is that it allows learners uninterrupted time to focus on performing a task. This enables them to instill, refine and correct one skill before moving on to another. Therefore, this method is a most effective in a early learning stage for learning a skill by a novice learner because it facilitates a performance process.
