The effect of rehabilitation exercises using assistive devices in improving some types of muscle strength affecting the range of motion of shoulder joint flexion and achievement javelin throw for juniors

ABSTRACT:
The purpose of this paper is to develop exercises using assistive devices to improve some types of muscle strength affecting the range of motion of shoulder flexion for the research sample, and determine the effect of these exercises using assistive devices on some types of muscle strength affecting the range of motion of shoulder flexion and the achieved of young javelin throwers. The researcher used the experimental method, which represents the closest and most reliable way to solve many scientific problems, both practically and theoretically, specific to a particular incident. The research sample was selected from injured javelin throwers aged 16-17 years, totaling (8) throwers. (6) of them were selected as the main sample, representing the research community faithfully (2) were excluded for the exploration study. The sample was distributed normally, and the researcher used the skewness coefficient. One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: The rehabilitation exercises used had a positive impact on improving muscle strength and range of motion for shoulder flexion in the sample of javelin throwers, and the rehabilitation exercises led to the development of the types of strength affecting the range of motion for shoulder flexion and performance in the sample of junior javelin throwers. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: Adopt the method developed by the researcher in the rehabilitation treatment of injured junior javelin throwers, and consider conducting similar research to improve other strengths and throwing activities, such as the deadlift and hammer, or for other samples.
