The impact of sensory kinetic perceptions on developing technical performance and correcting errors in javelin throwing effectiveness among practitioners

AUTHOR(S): Firas Talaat Hussein AL-Hamadani
ABSTRACT:
The research problem lies in the weakness of the sensory kinetic perceptions among the practitioners, as they do not have good knowledge of the skill performance, i.e. they did not reach the ideal technical performance and digital achievement, from the beginning of holding the javelin to the stage of stability and balance after throwing for this activity. The aim of the research is to know the effect of sensory kinetic perceptions on developing the technical performance and correcting errors in the javelin throwing activity among the practitioners of the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method. The research sample was deliberately selected from the track and field practitioners for the season (2020) for ages (16-17) years for the javelin throwing activity from the clubs of Baghdad Governorate, numbering (8) players. (2) Players were excluded to conduct the exploratory experiment. The sample was collected in the Al-Bayaa Youth Forum, which contains a special stadium for track and field, and the final number became (6) players from the practitioners. Pre- and post-tests were conducted, and the most important conclusions were: There is an effect of sensory kinetic perceptions on the development of the technical stages and digital achievement of the javelin throwing activity for the research sample through the feeling of the throwing tool and the perception of the body. The location, time, and direction of the throw, as well as the sense of muscular strength involved in the execution, are also important.
