The selected variables for the study were Motor fitness variables like Speed, measured using 50m dash and Agility, measured using 4X 10 Shuttle run and Skill performance variables like Dribbling and Passing, measured using mor-christian soccer test. After completing eight weeks of training, post-test data were collected, and both pre-test and post-test scores were analyzed using the dependent t-test to determine if there had been a significant. The level of confidence set at 0.05. The results revealed that the experimental group showed a significant improvement in speed, agility, balance, flexibility, dribbling, passing and shooting, attributed to the SAQ training program. However, no significant changes were observed in the control group for the selected variables.
