AUTHOR(S): Nazrul Islam Mallick and Sushanta Pal
ABSTRACT:
This paper will feature the Health Benefits through the practice of Yoga and explore how Yoga can significantly enhance their health. Women are the caretakers of the family. They're responsible for the health of their partner and children. The illness or death of a woman negatively impacts children, partner, family, and community. Women with healthy mind and body are likely to enhance the family’s health. Hence, it would be applicable to say that women’s health is the key to a healthy community. Since women play so numerous places in life, they tend to concentrate on the healthcare of their loved one stand neglect their particular requirements. This neglect, though filled with love, is the root cause of numerous conditions that women face. Women need to understand the significance of their health and its good for their family and loved ones. Yoga is salutary to both men and women. Women need yoga indeed more than men as the liabilities thrust upon them by nature are lesser than men.
