ABSTRACT: This research paper examines the effects of yoga on balance and coordination in daily life. Yoga, an ancient practice integrating physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, is known for its holistic health benefits. This study investigates how regular yoga influences balance and coordination, which are critical for performing everyday activities efficiently and safely. A 12-week intervention was conducted with 60 participants, divided into yoga and control groups. Balance and coordination were assessed using standardized tests at the beginning and end of the study period. The findings indicate that participants who practised yoga showed significant improvements in both balance and coordination compared to the control group. These results suggest that incorporating yoga into daily routines can enhance physical stability and motor control, thereby reducing the risk of falls and improving overall quality of life. The study underscores the importance of yoga as a practical and effective approach to promoting physical and mental well-being.
