Effect of yogic practices on speed among secondary school students

Yoga is a way to harmonious development of mankind that is physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspect of life. The study was conducted on 80 secondary school students. On the variable speed, subjects belonging to experimental groups i.e. Asana, Pranayama and Dhyana group differed significantly than the control group. Speed indicating positive effect of selected yogic practices (Asana, Pranayama and Dhyana).
