ABSTRACT:
The purpose of the study is to show the different types of swimming pools, construction of a multipurpose pool, regulations to be served by the participants in the swimming pool. Based on the materials used, swimming pools are classified into four, and they are, Concrete swimming pool, Fiber glass composite swimming pool, above ground level swimming pool, Vinyl line swimming pool. Based on the size and shape, swimming pools are classified into four, and they are I, L, T and Z shape. All the competitions pools and warm up pools are in I shape and all the other pools are in L, T and Z shape. Recreation pools have some other shape also.
