ABSTRACT:
The purpose of the study was to compare the Sports Achievement Motivation between Judo Players of Rohtak and Bhiwani. 100 judo players [50 (25 male +25 female from Rohtak and 50 (25 male +25 female from Bhiwani) were taken. The players who have participated minimum at School-National championship or state championship have been selected randomly. Achievement Motivation Questionnaire (SAMT) was used as a criterion measure. Mean, standard deviation and independent t test were used to analyse the data. The data reveals for achievement motivation of Rohtak and Bhiwani judo players. It was observed that there is no significant difference in judo players of Rohtak and Bhiwani regarding achievement motivation. Further no significant was found in male and female players of Rohtak and Bhiwani regarding achievement motivation.
